Every once in a while I go through the stack of stories waiting to be read and I’m amazed at how high it is. Here are some of the novels I’m going to get to…eventually. A number of them have been out a while, but there are only so many hours in the day.
When a Secret Kills (Romantic Suspense) by Lynette Eason – This is the third book in her terrific Deadly Reunions series and finishes the recurring story in the previous two (When the Smoke Clears and When a Heart Stops). I’ve been waiting for it and am in the middle. I’ll let you know my opinion later.
Blowing on Dandelions (Historical) by Miralee Ferrell – I began this novel and had to stop to read others for review, so I need to go back and start it over again. It’s a good story, and I regret having to put it down. I’m not far from finishing and am looking forward to getting back into it.
The Rancher’s Second Chance (Contemporary Romance) by Davalynn Spencer – I just received this Heartsong Presents novel for review, so it will be my next read.
Proof by Jordyn Redwood (Suspense) – I’ve heard this is terrific and very suspenseful. It’s high in the stack for me.
Prophet (Fantasy) by R. J. Larson – Again, I’ve heard this is a wonderful read and one I’m anxious to start.
Widow of Gettysburg (Historical) by Jocelyn Green – It has gotten rave reviews.
Courting Morrow Little (Historical) by Laura Franz – I’ve never read any of Ms. Franz’s novels, but it was the title of this one that caught my attention.
Making Waves (Historical) by Lorna Seistad – The cover and lightheartedness drew me to the book.
A few more: Book of Days (James L. Rubart), At Every Turn (Anne Mateer), Code Blue (Richard L. Mabry, M. D.), Bees in the Butterfly Garden (Maureen Lang), Sixty Acres and a Bride (Regina Jennings).
I could go on, but won’t. What I want to know is…
