Passionate about horses and history and a fan of old westerns, it’s only natural that Sandra Ardoin sets stories in the days of the horse and buggy. Lately, she's branched out, adding contemporary romance to her list of available genres. Bottom line: She writes heartwarming and page-turning novels and novellas of love and faith.
Her short stories have been published in both adult and juvenile denominational publications. She’s written devotions for adults and children, and her light verse has appeared in The Saturday Evening Post, Cappers, and Mature Living.
Sandy and her husband are empty nesters. In her spare time she reads Christian fiction - any genre with clean, heartpounding romance. She listens to country music, digs rocks from her garden, watches NASCAR, and embarrasses her family with enthusiastic cheering during NFL games. (She may or may not be an armchair football coach.)
