High Five Friday!!

This month, a number of authors are celebrating new contracts and good news about contest entries. A high five!! goes to the following:

Carol Stratton celebrates receiving a contract from Lighthouse Publishing of the Carolinas for her debut novel, Lake Surrender. Release date is TBA.

Katie Clark is happy to announce she’s signed a 3-book contract with Pelican Book Group (the new YA imprint, Watershed) for her young adult dystopian novels. Hana Norfolk is searching for something bigger, but how does she find God when no one knows he exists? For more information, click the link in her name.

Sandra Robbins is proud to announce that her book Angel of the Cove won the 2013 Standalone Inspirational Category of the Gayle Wilson Award of Excellence. Angel of the Cove is the first book in her Smoky Mountain Dreams Series from Harvest House.

Jocelyn Green is thrilled that her novel Wedded to War is a finalist in two Christy Award categories: First Novel and Historical Fiction. You can see the trailer here.

Jericha Kingston cheers at her entry final in the Touched By Love Award contest! Faith, Hope, and Love (Romance Writers of America’s Inspirational chapter) puts on this annual contest.

Marilyn Turk is excited and thankful for the opportunity to sign a contract with Guidepost Books to do a short story for a Christmas anthology they are publishing. She was one of fifteen writers chosen for this work.
