One thing that scares me about the writing life is that maybe my writing isn’t good enough. Then, I pause and remember writing is a learning experience and I have great writer mentors who are encouraging me. Most important of all, God encourages me to write everyday.

I think that’s a bottom-line fear for all of us, Melissa. You’re right, though. Continuing to write and study is key in helping us grow and become the good writers we want to be. God is good! 🙂
